10 Most Annoying Habits of Technology Companies

In a recent reader survey, Infoworld determined that "crapware", the
preloaded trial software and other junk included by manufacturers on
their new computers, was the number one annoyance for users. Software
sunset policies, where support for or functionality of software is
discontinued in order to "encourage" users to upgrade, placed as
number two.
